About Palango! Fitness

founded in 2009 Palango! fitness, is a simple, fun, and intense conditioning cardio toning endurance training program that combines the best of Capoeira, MMA, powerful fitness moves with the best Latin and Caribbean music.
Every choreographed routine has only 3 to 4 simple steps that are easily executed, and precisely integrated to keep you moving, and burning calories and fat. . This is not a dance class, this is a super-fun fat-burning workout. You can burn up t0 1000 calories and work every muscle of you body.
Palango Fitness is always changing, and pushing your body past stubborn plateaus. The pulsing Latin dance music and energetic steps will keep your heart-rate elevated, and your mind engaged. Besides Palango! Fitness we have developed other programs such
